Happy Holidays

This year continues to be like no other that we have seen in our lifetimes and many sacrifices must continue to ensure we all have a safe holiday season.  Whether you are celebrating Hanukah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, or just enjoying the holiday season, safety comes first this year.  Let’s not forget to be food safe.  Adhere to proper hot and cold holding food guidelines to ensure our holiday meals are as nutritious and safe to eat as they are delicious.

Governments around the world are asking their citizens to be as safe as possible.  In North America and Canada that is a clear government mandate of Social Distancing.  We are being asked to limit our holiday visits and keep celebrations, dinners and traditional social gatherings to our immediate social circle.  As challenging as this is and the year 2020 has been, we cannot forget to have gratitude for the positive things in our lives in a world that is so overwhelmed with Covid-19.  Take a moment after reading this post and focus on three things you are most grateful for this year.  Although this year has been a difficult one.  Let’s focus forward on these positive aspects in our lives.
