Online Courses:

Custormer satisfaction is very important to us!  If you are not 100% satisfied with a course, we will refund your fee in full provided:

  • you have not completed any of the training modules.
  • a refund request is made in writing with 5 days of course registration.

Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to be processed and up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement as per Paypal policy.  

In-class:

  • 48 hours cancellation notice (prior to the scheduled class date) is required for a full refund of fees.
  • Once a course is attended (in full or part) or an exam sitting is started refunds are not available.
